La zia pulita pulisce la stanza ogni giorno e pulisce la stanza, e aggiungerà attivamente acqua minerale e bagni. "Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request."

"The hotel location is near to WanLiMiao Pedestrian Street for a short distance walk to Metro XinBaiGuangChang. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful where one of the staff went extra miles to assist my queries and request. The room is clean and just right for solo or couple travelers. A decent breakfast buffet spread. Do take note that their hotel lobby is located at level 31 and you can do your laundry at the same level."

"**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest."

"La stanza dell'hotel è buona. Il personale del desk front era gentile, e parlava un po' di inglese. La mia domanda è che le pareti sono super sottili, mi sono svegliata a metà della notte perché la persona nella prossima stanza parlava. Poi, dopo aver chiamato, ho sentito chiaramente ogni parola che l’altro spettatore aveva detto, e la ricezione era abbastanza gentile da parlare con l’indicatore, ma ora sono stato tormentato dal suono di quel soggetto che stava sgridando."

"一次超出預期的酒店入住體驗 這次出行選擇的酒店，完全刷新了我對“舒適住宿”的期待，從踏入大堂到退房離開，每個環節都讓人倍感舒心。 走進房間的瞬間，第一感受就是“清爽”——地面光腳踩上去也毫無灰塵，桌面、窗台等容易積灰的角落被擦拭得一塵不染，連衞生間的洗漱台縫隙、淋浴區瓷磚縫都乾淨得看不到污垢；床頭擺放的礦泉水是冰鎮過的，杯墊下還壓着一張手寫的天氣提示卡，連充電插座旁都貼心配了不同型號的數據線，這些小細節瞬間拉滿了好感。 床品更是讓人驚喜，床墊軟硬適中，躺下後能完美貼合腰背，不會有塌陷或過硬的不適感；被套和枕套摸起來是高支棉的材質，柔軟又透氣，連枕芯的填充都很均勻，沒有結塊的情況，每晚沾枕就能很快入睡，醒來後完全沒有肩頸痠痛的疲憊感。 服務方面的體驗更是無可挑剔。辦理入住時，前台工作人員不僅主動介紹了酒店的設施位置，還根據我的行程推薦了附近的特色餐廳，甚至幫忙提前預約了餐廳座位；入住期間我發現空調遙控器有點失靈，拍照發給客服後，維修人員不到5分鐘就上門更換了新的，離開時還特意詢問是否有其他需求；退房時因為趕時間，工作人員還幫我提前打印好了發票，讓整個流程衹用了不到2分鐘。 最意外的是它的性價比，這個價格在同地段、同檔次的酒店裡非常有競爭力，不僅包含了豐富的早餐（現煮的麪條、新鮮水果、現磨咖啡一應俱全），還能免費使用酒店的健身房和洗衣房，洗衣房裡甚至提供了洗衣液和烘乾服務，完全不用額外花錢。 這次入住真的讓我印象深刻，無論是硬件設施的細節，還是軟件服務的温度，都遠超預期。下次再來這個城市，這家酒店一定會是我的第一選擇，甚至已經想推薦給計劃來這邊旅行的朋友了。"

"L'hotel si trova vicino alla porta di un magnifico centro commerciale all'aperto con una vasta selezione di pub e stazioni alimentari. Il colazione dell'hotel era affidabile da ogni gusto e le camere erano pulite e molto comode. La palestra è grande, ma purtroppo la bicicletta non funzionava al 100%. Tornerei in battito cardiaco."
